We're still dispatching every week day with Royal Mail to UK and international customers!



Orders received before midday on a working day will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after midday will be sent the next working day. Delivery costs are calculated by product weight. 


Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class service. Parcels over 2kg will be sent by courier company. Delivery to any UK address including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. 

Customers in the Channel Islands please enter either Guernsey or Jersey in the country field to pay zero VAT. 


If your company is registered for VAT outside the UK please enter your VAT number in the box provided and we will not charge VAT. Delivery between 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. 

USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand

US customers. Please note that you are regarded by US Customs as the importer. The goods may be subject to US duty. When ordering, please enter your landline phone number including the US country code - i.e. +1 213-715-6831 in the Home/Office box and/or your cell number including country code in the Mobile box.

Australian customs info. 

Checkout totals for customers outside of the EU do not include VAT and are therefore reduced by 20%. Delivery between 5 to 7 working days after dispatch. 

Data and Payment Security

We use SagePay and PayPal to collect and process credit and debit card transaction information. Sage Pay is known as one of the most trusted payment companies in Europe and is accredited by all the major banks to provide secure online payments. OpenBridge Ltd. does not see or have access to credit/debit card data provided by customers through our web site. Credit/debit card information provided to us over the phone is entered manually into SagePay's systems and then immediately destroyed. 

OpenBridge Ltd. is audited annually by Trustwave to check that our processes and systems are secure and that we comply with the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
